But they've got some amount of loyalists, always, they have enough of some kind of charisma that works on eager psychopaths and morally compromised. It's comfy to live in a place where you're not morally compromised, don't feel forced to be morally compromised, don't think i'm morally compromised anyway, the system is compromised.
