All I did for the header of mine was pick a picture and then just drew the title on it in photoshop. >.< I figure it's more personal if it's in my handwriting or something. I'd make one for you, if you want. The layout tab lets you swap out an image for your title, if you don't want that ALL CAPS title in there.
I might be able to mess around and make you a few tonight after work, if you want to tell me what titles you might be using.
